Based in New York

Hey! I'm Luisa.

I make data make sense.

I'm a positive, driven, and analytical builder who's passionate about turning complex data into actionable, human-centered product solutions.

Right now I'm a Growth & Product Associate at InstaLILY AI, working at the intersection of product, data, and growth to build trustworthy, impactful AI systems. I'm also a Co-Founder & CTO at e.closet where I lead product and strategy, shaping the future of sustainable fashion through technology.

A little about me

Data and product by day, founder mode by night.

I build at the intersection of data, product, and AI — turning complex systems into things people actually want to use. I live where a dataset becomes a decision and a product becomes a habit, and I care about work built with intent: clean systems, careful UX, real usefulness for the people on the other side.

Off the clock you'll find me the gym, behind a camera, or three espressos into a new idea.

How I build

Principles I ship by

01

Start from the user problem

The strongest work begins with understanding a real user issue. It's likely that this issue is more complex than it seems at first glance, and that the solution will be too. Start with empathy, and build a deep understanding of the problem before jumping to solutions.

02

Make invisible patterns visible

Turn messy, hidden behavior into insight you can actually see. Whether it's user behavior, market trends, or the inner workings of an AI system, build products that illuminate the patterns that shape our world, so we can make smarter decisions and build better things on top of them.

03

Design for action, not analysis

Don't stop at what happened. Data and insights are only as good as the actions they inspire, so focus on building products that turn understanding into impact, whether that means a product recommendation, a next step in a workflow, or a nudge toward a better decision.

04

Technical depth, business judgment

Engineering, product, data, and strategy are one question: what to build, why it matters, and how it creates value. I care deeply about writing clean, efficient code and building scalable systems, but I also care about building the right thing, and making sure it has real impact for the people on the other side.

05

Build for trust

Transparency, explanations, and safety from the start. Users, teammates, and investors can only trust what they understand. So build products that are clear about how they work, what they know, and what they don't know. Trust is the foundation of any relationship, and it should be the foundation of any product too.

06

Build with taste

Design is more than just aesthetics, it shapes how people understand and experience a product. So build with care, and make sure the way something looks and feels matches the thoughtfulness of how it works. Good design is a signal of good intent, and it can be the difference between a product that delights and one that confuses or frustrates.
